But once foreclosure knocks onto the door one thing is sure, you will end up in a sleepless night thinking of the best solution for you don’t want to end up homeless.

· It is very important to find out the exact amount of time and rights you have to avoid foreclosure. This will serve as your guide in taking the steps to solve your foreclosure problem. Since every state has laws regarding foreclosure check it out.

· You can run or seek the help to some non-profit organization and private institutions; they are willing to help you out with the foreclosure proceedings.

· There are also refinancing, modifications, forbearance, debt forgiveness, repayment plans, loan restructuring that you can apply, and they serve as an angel in disguise to avoid the foreclosure. You can ask your lender about this.

· From your state, you can ask about foreclosure loans. Programs like this were given to residents as an aid.

· Go to the assistance department of your mortgage company. They can help you in one way or another for their main focus is not on the ownership of your home. With this, they might be able to help you with one of their programs.

· You can also seek an advice and counsel, but make sure that it is from someone who knows what they are talking about or from a reliable source of information. Take note that you have to find someone who has a lot of experience, a person whom you think can help you the most in the shortest amount of time.
