Nursing is one of the noble professions known to mankind. Its nature of work shows a hard work and dedication as a public and private servant. Each nurses around the world aims to serve those who need them with passion and heart. But, aside from that fact, they are looking forward to explore in the world of nursing. So the question now is in the Nursing World - What are the Basic Requirements to Get There?

Here are some basic requirements that you need to know in order to qualify yourself and get in the Nursing World.

· License to Practice the Profession – Basically, after graduating from college where you struggle hard just to finish the degree, the next step in order for you to be a professional and certified nurse is you have to pass the board examination for nursing and this is the final test you have after you graduated from that degree.

· Code of Ethics for Nurses - Every nurse is bound with the code of ethics it serves as their rule in life as professionals. Upon practice and for every action that you take as a call of duty or a part of your work code of ethics for nurses should properly observe and followed.

· Work Experience – Having a record of work experienced can help a lot if you are looking for a new job these serve as your reference where you can ask a recommendation from your previous employer. Work experience also can be a basis on how effective your performance is as a nurse. So, it is important to note that love of work in everything you do must be one of the top list attitudes you have so that good feedback will be receive at the end of the job.

· Set of Test – There are several tests that you have to pass as a part of the requirement in getting a job in the Nursing World. Most tests are given by the agency that you apply. Passing those means you are in the next level in your profession or you can qualify to be in the Nursing World.

· Attitudes – It is an inner personality of a nurse. Taking about attitudes, you should be nurtured with the good attitudes that can help you improve yourself and your performance as a health aid. Since your main goal is to give a preventive care to all patients especially those who needs your service most you should exercise awareness on what you do 24/7 for you are one of the person with the patient, be protective and patience in every actions you do and reactions you receive. You should be generative. Where your knowledge on what you do and decide is necessary.

· Laws of State – Lastly, if you get to be in the Nursing World you should give time to yourself to be acquainted with the working laws of the state you are assigned it help you internalize your work environment and it leads to knowing the culture and norms of the place which is very important in maintaining good relationship to people.

If you think you can meet these requirements then you are ready to be in the Nursing World.
